摘 要:前车架结构关键位置焊缝焊接质量直接关系到装载机的整体性能和生产质量,是装载机生成过程中重要环节,为此提出装载机前车架结构关键位置焊缝焊接工艺研究。根据母材的强韧性选择焊丝材料,以及确定焊接电压、焊接电流、送丝速度等焊接参数,采用电弧焊方法利用焊接机器人对焊缝进行焊接,焊接冷却后对其进行处理,完成装载机前车架结构关键位置焊缝焊接。通过实际案例应用,焊接后焊接处硬度和断裂力均大于母材硬度和断裂力,焊接质量可靠,所提工艺在装载机前车架结构关键位置焊缝焊接领域具有良好的应用前景。The weld quality at the key position of the front frame structure is directly related to the overall performance and production quality of the loader,and is an important link in the loader generation process.Therefore,the research on the weld welding technology at the key position of the front frame structure of the loader is proposed.Welding wire materials were selected according to the strength and toughness of the base material,and welding parameters such as welding voltage,welding current and wire feed speed were determined.Welding welding was performed by welding robot using arc welding method,and welding was processed after welding cooling to complete the welding of key positions of the front frame structure of the loader.Through the actual case application,the hardness and fracture force of the welding place after welding are greater than that of the base material,and the welding quality is reliable.The proposed process has a good application prospect in the field of weld welding at the key position of the loader front frame structure.
