摘  要:臂架作为履带起重机的核心部件,臂架的强度、刚度及抗失稳性能对起重机的安全性能有着重要的影响,其结构主要由钢管焊接而成,制定准确合适的装焊工艺势在必行。基于此,介绍了标准节、标准节的技术要求、标准节的管材切割及标准节的装焊工装工艺,并提出了标准节结构的装焊工艺目前有两种工艺方案。分析认为,方案二适用于批量生产,可按工序排布各生产工位,实现流水线生产,需投入更多的人力、物力,生产效率高,工装效益可实现最大化。As the core component of crawler crane,the strength,stiffness and destabilization resistance of the boom have an important impact on the safety performance of the crane,and its structure is mainly welded by the steel pipe,so it is imperative to formulate an accurate and suitable welding process.Based on this,introduces the standard section,the standard section of the technical requirements,standard section of the pipe cutting and standard section of the welding process,and puts forward the standard section of the structure of the welding process currently has two technology programs.It is analyzed that the second scheme is suitable for mass production,and the production stations can be arranged according to the process to realize the assembly line production,which requires more manpower and material resources,and the production efficiency is high,and the benefits of the tooling can be maximized.
