摘 要:为了优化液氢储运设备中压力容器用封头的制造工艺,通过精确计算旋压封头的投料展开尺寸和投料厚度,以及严格的毛坯制备流程,设计出一套高效的封头制造工艺。研究中结合液氢储运设备的具体需求,特别强调了材料特性、几何形状和成型工艺的相互作用,采用激光切割、校平、预热和数控旋压等先进工艺,确保封头成型质量。该工艺不仅提升了封头的物理性能和化学稳定性,也满足了不同工况下的使用要求,展现了其在提高生产效率和材料利用率方面的显著价值。In order to optimize the manufacturing process of head for pressure vessel in liquid hydrogen storage and transportation equipment,a set of highly efficient head manufacturing process is designed by precisely calculating the casting expansion size and casting thickness of spinning head as well as strict blank preparation process.Combining the specific needs of liquid hydrogen storage and transportation equipment,the study particularly emphasizes the interaction of material properties,geometry and molding process,and adopts advanced processes such as laser cutting,leveling,preheating and CNC spinning to ensure the molding quality of the head.The process not only improves the physical properties and chemical stability of the head,but also meets the requirements for use in different working conditions,showing its remarkable value in improving production efficiency and material utilization.
