黄河流域旅游经济对生态韧性的影响效应及空间溢出

摘　　要：旅游经济作为“黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展”战略实施的新引擎,在区域生态韧性建设中被寄予厚望。本文以2011—2022年黄河流域59个地(州、盟、市)为研究案例地,解析旅游经济与生态韧性的空间演变及空间关联特征,采用固定效应模型、中介效应模型、空间杜宾模型和空间面板分位数模型探究旅游经济对生态韧性的影响机理及空间溢出效应。研究发现:①旅游经济与生态韧性存在“高-高”“高-低”“低-高”“低-低”4种空间集聚关联模式,并呈现“点状分散”向“片状集中”转变。②旅游经济对生态韧性具有显著的正向影响效应,并通过政府生态环境注意力、产业结构高级化、产业结构合理化提升生态韧性。③旅游经济对生态韧性提升具有显著的空间溢出效应,且旅游经济对生态韧性的空间溢出效应和直接效应存在“空间错位”,旅游经济对低分位点生态韧性的直接效应最大,对高分位点生态韧性的空间溢出效应最大。研究结论可为黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展提供量化依据和理论支持。The tourism economy,as a new engine for the implementation of the strategy of"ecological protection and high-quality development in the Yellow River Basin(YRB)",is highly expected in the construction of regional ecological resilience.This article is based on panel data from 59 prefecture-level administrative units(prefecture-level cities,prefectures,and leagues)in the YRB from 2011 to 2022,revealing the spatial evolution and spatial correlation characteristics of tourism economy and ecological resilience.On this basis,the fixed effects model,mediation effects model,spatial econometric model,and spatial panel quantile model are used to explore in depth the impact mechanism and spatial spillover effects of tourism economy on ecological resilience in the YRB.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The tourism economy in the YRB presents an overall spatial pattern of"high-high agglomeration,and low-low agglomeration",with a clear decreasing trend from provincial capital cities to the surrounding areas;Ecological resilience presents a spatial non-equilibrium feature of"large dispersion,and small agglomeration",manifested as a spatial distribution pattern of"unipolar leadership".There are four spatial correlation patterns between tourism economy and ecological resilience:high-high agglomeration,high-low agglomeration,low-high agglomeration,and low-low agglomeration.The areas of high-high and low-low agglomerations continue to increase,while the areas of low-high and high-low agglomerations gradually shrink.(2)The tourism economy in the YRB has a significant positive impact on ecological resilience,that is,for every 1%increase in tourism economy,ecological resilience will be enhanced by 0.0283%.Further discovery shows that the tourism economy can enhance ecological resilience through government attention to the ecological environment,advanced industrial structure,and rationalization.(3)The tourism economy in the YRB has significant spatial spillover effects on enhancing ecological resilience.Under the adjacency weight ma
