摘 要:水力压裂是低渗油气藏高效开发的重要技术措施,采用压裂返排液重复配制压裂液进行施工既可解决压裂用水需求、节约成本,又能减少环保压力。本文分析了西南工区现场压裂返排液水质,依据水质分析结果,对pH值、矿化度和离子含量等影响压裂液性能的因素进行了研究和作用机理分析。研究表明:pH值为6~9时压裂液黏度较高;压裂液黏度随配液用水矿化度增加而降低;阳离子对压裂液黏度影响较大,影响程序由大到小依次为Fe^(2+)、Fe^(3+)、Mg^(2+)、Ca^(2+)、Na^(+),此项研究为压裂返排液重复利用研究及施工提供基础技术支撑。Hydraulic fracturing is an important technical measure for the efficient development of low permeability oil and gas reservoirs.The repeated preparation of fracturing fluid by fracturing flow-back fluid can not only solve the demand for fracturing water,but also save costs and reduce environmental pressure.This article analyzes the ion composition of fracturing clawback fluid in the Southwest Work Area,evaluates the impact and mechanism of each ion on the performance of the fracturing fluid.Research has shown that the viscosity of fracturing fluid is higher when the pH value is 6~9;The viscosity of fracturing fluid decreases with the increase of mineralization degree of water used for preparation;Cations have a significant impact on the viscosity of fracturing fluid,and the order of influence programs from large to small is Fe^(2+)、Fe^(3+)、Mg^(2+)、Ca^(2+)、Na^(+),This study provides basic technical support for the research and construction of pressure return fluid reuse.
