摘 要:以丙烯酰胺和N羟甲基丙烯酰胺为单体,采用自由基共聚合成了丙烯酰胺-N羟甲基丙烯酰胺共聚物(PAMA)。系统研究了PAMA组成、分子量及其分布与引发剂用量和单体摩尔比等关系,结果表明随引发剂用量增加,PAMA分子量呈现减小,而分子量分布系数先减小后增加的趋势,PAMA的组成与单体摩尔比基本一致,通过改变单体摩尔比可调控PAMA的组成。通过PAMA组成、交联时间对交联程度的影响研究发现随着交联时间由1小时增加至5小时,不同组成PAMA均呈现出交联度提高溶胀度降低的变化趋势,羟甲基含量适中的PAMA交联度和溶胀度较易通过交联时间调控,适合作为聚合物基体制备柔性水系锌离子电池正极材料。通过溶液法制备了cPAMA9/MWNT/MnO_(2)柔性正极材料,随着MnO_(2)用量增加,MnO_(2)纳米线增多但无团聚现象。电化学测试结果表明,25 wt%MnO_(2)用量的cPAMA9/MWNT/MnO_(2)柔性正极材料具有较高的面积比容量0.68 mAh/cm^(2),和良好的循环稳定性,循环500圈容量保持率达88.2%。using acrylamide and N-methylol acrylamide as monomers,poly(acrylamide-co-N-methylol acrylamide)PAMA was synthesized by free radical polymerization.Systematic research included the relationship of PAMA composition,molecular weight and its distribution to initiator dosage and monomer molar ratio.The results indicated that molecular weight decreased and distribution coefficient first decreased and then increased with the initiator dosage increasing.The composition of PAMA was consistent with the monomer molar ratio basically,which meant that the composition of PAMA could be regulated through the monomer molar ratio.The study on the effect of PAMA composition and crosslinking time to crosslinking degree demonstrated that PAMA with various composition showed the same varying tendency of increasing crosslinking degree and decreasing swelling degree with the crosslinking time increased from 1 to 5 h.The crosslinking degree and swelling degree of PAMA with moderate hydroxymethyl groups content could be controlled by the crosslinking time,which was suitable for polymer matrix toward flexible cathode material of aqueous zinc-ion battery.Flexible cathode materials cPAMA9/MWNT/MnO_(2)were fabricated by solution casting method.With MnO_(2)dosage increasing,MnO_(2)nanowires increased in number but failed to aggregate.The electrochemical results indicated that flexible cathode materials cPAMA9/MWNT/MnO_(2)with 25 wt%MnO_(2)dosage exhibited high areal capacitance of 0.68 mAh/cm^(2) and good cyclic stability with capacitance retention of 95.1%after 500 cycles.
