不同抗氧剂体系对增强聚丙烯热氧老化的性能影响

摘　　要：聚丙烯由于具有一系列良好的性能,被广泛应用于工业上,但其与其他高分子材料一样,在加工生产、储存、应用等时期都可能受氧气、热量等因素的影响而产生比如外观、性能等方面的变化,进而影响使用。因此需要加入适量的防老化助剂,比如光稳定剂、抗氧剂等才能保证聚丙烯的品质。本文主要研究不同配比及含量的复合抗氧剂与辅助抗氧剂对玻纤增强聚丙烯热氧老化的性能影响,也基于此探索较佳的抗氧剂搭配方案。实验结果表明在120℃、130℃2000 h的条件下,玻纤增强聚丙烯受抗氧剂的影响不大,在140℃下1200 h以后未添加抗氧剂的玻纤增强PP力学性能明显下降,添加不同含量的抗氧剂体系样品则基本保持为未处理时的性能,这说明在此温度及更高温度下抗氧剂会明显发挥抗老化作用。另外,综合效果及成本来看具有较好抗氧化效果的是添加了约0.2%B215的PP4,以及B215∶DSTDP为1∶1的PP7(B215和DSTDP含量均为0.4%)。Polypropylene is widely used in industry due to its series of good properties,but like other polymer materials,it may be affected by factors such as oxygen and heat during processing,production,storage,and application,resulting in changes in appearance,properties,etc.,which in turn affects the use.Therefore,it is necessary to add an appropriate amount of anti-aging additives,such as light stabilizers,antioxidants,etc.,to ensure the quality of polypropylene.In this paper,the effects of composite antioxidants and auxiliary antioxidants with different ratios and contents on the performance of glass fiber reinforced polypropylene in thermal-oxidative aging were studied,and the optimal antioxidant combination scheme was also explored.The experimental results show that under the conditions of 120℃and 130℃for 2000 h,the glass fiber reinforced polypropylene is not greatly affected by antioxidants,and the mechanical properties of glass fiber reinforced PP without antioxidants are significantly reduced after 1200 h at 140℃,and the performance of the antioxidant system samples with different contents is basically maintained when it is not treated,which indicates that the antioxidants will obviously play an anti-aging role at this temperature and higher.In addition,PP4 with about 0.2%B215 and PP7 with a B215∶DSTDP of 1∶1(0.4%for both B215 and DSTDP)had a good antioxidant effect in terms of overall effect and cost.
