摘 要:本文以苯胺为单体,过硫酸铵(Ammonium persulfate,APS)为引发剂,甲烷磺酸(Methanesulfonic acid,MSA)和柠檬酸(Citric acid,CA)掺杂,制备水溶性导电态聚苯胺(Polyaniline,PANI),并作为导电填料,以明胶(Gelatin,GEL)为连接料,乙醇为防凝剂,制备聚苯胺/明胶导电生态油墨,并对油墨导电性能进行测试分析。结果表明,相同浓度下,采用柠檬酸掺杂制备的掺杂态聚苯胺导电性能明显高于甲烷磺酸掺杂态聚苯胺,同时由其制备的导电油墨的电阻率,明显小于甲烷磺酸掺杂聚苯胺制备的导电油墨。In this paper,aniline was used as monomer,Ammonium persulfate(APS)as initiator,Methanesulfonic acid(MSA)and Citric acid(CA)were doped.The water-soluble conductive polyaniline(PANI)was prepared and used as conductive filler,Gelatin(GEL)was used as binder,ethanol was used as anticoagulant,the polyaniline/Gelatin conductive eco-ink was prepared,and the conductive properties of the ink were tested and analyzed.The results show that the conductivity of polyaniline doped with citric acid is significantly higher than that doped with methanesulfonic acid at the same concentration,Meanwhile,the resistivity of the conductive ink prepared from the polyaniline is obviously less than that of the conductive ink prepared from the polyaniline doped with methanesulfonic acid.
