摘 要:为探究混合菌丝球对活性污泥系统微生物群落结构的影响,将负载功能菌的混合菌丝球投加至反应器中,处理自配废水。采用Illumina MiSeq高通量测序技术,设计引物338F_806R用于细菌16S r RNA基因序列测序。对原始污泥与反应器运行14天后各系统污泥进行取样,在对五个样本进行群落结构解析后,认为四个反应器运行结束后污泥中微生物多样性较原始污泥样本均有所降低,但是各反应系统中微生物群落中结构分布更均匀了,一些优势菌属中物种丰富度均有所增加。说明功能菌被菌丝球负载后,将混合菌丝球加入反应系统中在一定程度上会促进反应系统活性污泥体系中优势菌属的丰富度的提升。To investigate the impact of mixed microbial aggregates on the microbial community structure of the activated sludge system,filamentous aggregates containing functional bacteria were introduced into the reactors for treating self-prepared wastewater.Illumina MiSeq high-throughput sequencing technology was employed,and the primer set 338F_806R was designed for bacterial 16S rRNA gene sequencing.Samples were collected from the original sludge and the sludge from each system after 14 days of operation.After analyzing the community structures of the five samples,it was observed that the microbial diversity in the sludge decreased in all four reactor systems compared to the original sludge sample.However,the distribution of microbial community structures became more even in all reactor systems,and the species richness of some dominant bacterial genera increased.These results suggest that the introduction of mixed microbial aggregates,where functional bacteria are loaded onto filamentous aggregates,into the reactor system can promote the enrichment of dominant bacterial genera in the activated sludge system to some extent.
