组合式自然曝气生物滤床脱氮效能与微生物特性分析

摘  要:本研究从湖泊底泥中筛选功能微生物菌群,利用碳源补充及多孔滤料的微生物吸附固定技术,构建一种组合式自然曝气生物滤床系统。以城市污染水体为处理对象,研究其脱氮效果及其反应器内微生物群落结构的变化。结果表明,筛选富集的硝化菌群和反硝化菌群对氨氮和硝酸盐氮的去除率分别达到93%和90%;该组合式自然曝气生物滤床系统运行初期对氨氮的去除率达到50%,系统中微生物菌群组成以不动杆菌属(Acinetobacter)、假单胞菌属(Pseudomonas)、食酸菌属(Acidovorax)、脱氯单胞菌属(Dechloromonas)、亚硝化单胞菌(Nitrosomonas)、博斯氏菌属(Bosea)、黄杆菌属(Flavobacterium)等为主,保证系统的高效脱氮效果。The functional flora was screened from lake sediment and a combined natural aeration biofilter system was constructed by supplementing carbon source and adsorption fixation technology of microorganisms and porous filter material.The nitrogen removal effect of urban municipal effluent and the changes of microbial community structure in the reactor were studied.The results shown that the removal rates of ammonia nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen reached 93%and 90%for the nitrifying bacteria and denitrifying bacteria,respectively.The removal rate of ammonia nitrogen reached 50%in the initial stage of combination biofilter.The system was mainly composed of Acinetobacter,Pseudomonas,Acidovorax,Dechlorinomonas,Nitrosomonas,Bosea,Flavobacterum,to ensure the efficient nitrogen removal effect of the system.
