摘 要:从常州污水处理厂取得的污泥在LB培养基中进行筛选、驯化、并分离得到一株聚磷菌,命名为P菌株。采用单因素实验法对菌株的pH、温度、转速进行培养条件优化,研究结果表明:P菌株生长最适宜温度为40℃、pH为5、转速为140 rpm。在最优生长条件下此菌株降解酸性废水中COD的降解率为52.88%。The sludge obtained from Changzhou sewage treatment plant was screened,domesticated,and isolated in LB medium to obtain a phosphorus accumulating bacterium,named P strain.The pH,temperature,and rotation speed of the strain were optimized using a single factor experimental method.The research results showed that the optimal temperature for the growth of P strain was 40℃,pH was 5,and rotation speed was 140 rpm.Under the optimal growth conditions,the degradation rate of COD in acidic wastewater by this strain is 50.88%.
