摘　　要：探讨不同添加量甘油、泛醇与积雪草提取物组合物化妆品制备及其对皮肤修护的影响,并选取志愿者进行人体临床功效测试。在配方中添加不同含量甘油、泛醇与积雪草提取物组合物、增稠剂、防腐剂与pH调节剂等进行化妆品制备。完成稳定性测试后选择志愿者前臂内侧三个区域,分别为2%甘油的样品A区域、5%甘油的样品B区域及空白对照区域。用医用胶带撕拉诱导产生轻微皮损,检测样品使用前与使用后2 h测试皮肤角质层含水量MMV值、经皮失水TEWL值、皮肤平滑度变化。结果显示化妆品样品保持原来外观,稳定性良好,MMV值、TEWL值、皮肤平滑度值相比空白对照有一定改善作用,而添加5%甘油的样品效果要比2%甘油样品效果更优。综上,成功制备甘油、泛醇、积雪草提取物组合物化妆品,稳定性良好且有一定的修护功效,适当提高甘油含量有助于增强产品的修护效果。To study the cosmetic preparation of different additive amounts of glycerin,panthenol and Centella asiatica extract compositions and their effects on skin repair,and select volunteers for human clinical efficacy test.Different contents of glycerin,panthenol and Centella asiatica extract composition,thickening agent,preservative and pH regulator were added to the formula to prepare cosmetics.After the stability test,three areas on the inner forearm of the volunteers were selected,which were 2%glycerol sample area A,5%glycerol sample area B and blank control area.Slight skin lesions were induced by tearing with medical tape.The changes of skin cuticle moisture content MMV value,transdermal water loss TEWL value and skin smoothness were measured before and 2 hours after use.Results showed that the cosmetic samples maintained the original appearance and had good stability.Compared with the blank control,the MMV value,TEWL value and skin smoothness value had a certain improvement,and the effect of the sample with 5%glycerol was better than that of the sample with 2%glycerol.In conclusion,glycerol,panthenol and Centella asiatica extract composition cosmetics were successfully prepared.,which had good stability and certain repair effect.Appropriately increasing glycerin content was helpful to improve the repair effect of the products.
