摘　　要：环己胺在国内主要用于合成食品添加剂甜蜜素、橡胶促进剂CBS,在国外主要用于水处理化学品、橡胶促进剂CBS。其主要工业化生产方法是苯胺催化加氢还原法以及环己醇催化氨化法,其中苯直接催化合成环己胺和硝基苯催化合成环己胺是较新的方法。简要介绍了环己胺的合成工艺、催化剂概况、产品标准及产能产量情况。国内一般采用苯胺常压气相催化加氢制环己胺工艺,钴系苯胺加氢催化剂转化率高、选择性好,反应条件温和,有成熟的生产制备经验,在国内生产企业得到广泛应用。国内环己胺生产企业规模从2000年左右的2000 t/a增长到近期的20000 t/a,规模化趋势凸显。国内环己胺产品能达到优等品的质量指标。随着环己胺市场竞争的加剧,环己胺生产企业需要在提质降耗、品牌创优上下功夫才能做优做强。Cyclohexylamine is mainly used for synthesis of food additive-Sodium cyclamate and rubber accelerator CBS in China,and is mainly used for water treatment chemicals and rubber accelerator CBS abroad.Main industrialization methods of synthesizing cyclohexylamine are catalytic hydrogenation of aniline and catalytic ammoniation of cyclohexanol.Direct catalytic synthesis of cyclohexylamine from benzene,direct catalytic synthesis of cyclohexylamine from nitrobenzene belonged to newer method.The synthesis method and catalysts overview,product quality,production capacity and output of cyclohexylamine are briefly introduced.Gas phase catalytic hydrogenation of aniline to cyclohexylamine at atmospheric pressure is commonly used in China.Aniline catalytic hydrogenation to cyclohexylamine catalysts containing Co show high aniline conversion and good selectivity of cyclohexylamine under mild reaction conditions and have mature production and manufacturing experience.Therefore,it is widely used in domestic production enterprises.Scale of domestic cyclohexylamine production enterprises grew from 2000 t/a in 2000 to 20000 t/a in the recent years,highlighting large-scale trend.Domestic cyclohexylamine products can meet the quality indicators of premium products.With the intensification of market competition for cyclohexylamine,cyclohexylamine production enterprise must work hard on improving quality,reducing consumption,and creating brand excellence to become better and stronger.
