摘 要:促性腺激素释放激素(GnRH)在生殖系统的调控中扮演着关键的角色,GnRH通过激活促性腺激素释放激素受体(GnRHR)与垂体细胞相互作用以发挥其功能。近年来,对GnRH受体激动剂(GnRHRa)和GnRH受体拮抗剂(GnRHRA)的研究不断取得新的进展,为生殖健康领域的治疗和疾病管理提供了更深层次的理解。本综述旨在阐明GnRH和GnRHR的多种功能,并对GnRHRa、多肽类GnRHRA和小分子GnRHRA的研究进展进行全面综述,涵盖了其在生理和病理条件下的作用机制、临床应用、副作用等。Gonadotropin-releasing hormone(GnRH)plays a crucial role in the regulation of the reproductive system,exerting its functions through the activation of gonadotropin-releasing hormone receptors(GnRHR)on pituitary cells.In recent years,significant progress has been made in the research of GnRH receptor agonists(GnRHRa)and GnRH receptor antagonists(GnRHRA),providing a deeper understanding for the treatment and management of reproductive health issues.This review aims to elucidate the diverse functions of GnRH and GnRHR,and comprehensively summarize the research progress of GnRHRa,peptide-based GnRHRA,and small molecule GnRHRA,covering their mechanisms of action,clinical applications,side effects,and more under both.
