摘 要:放射性环境下自动分料装置技术对提高乏燃料后处理厂的处理能力有重要意义,其关键难点在于运行安全、腔体密封和维修维护等。为解决上述问题,通过采取措施保证轴系的稳定性、到位准确性并预防故障以实现自动分料装置长期稳定运行;提出多道长短水封配合的方案以实现多腔体的可靠密封;细化免维修设计、远距离拆装与直接维修相结合的维修维护方案。通过自动分料装置科研样机试验验证了上述方案的可行性,并实现了自动分料装置长期连续运行。通过研究,为放射性环境下自动分料装置的工程设计及应用奠定了基础,对放射性废物处理领域具有重要意义。The technology of automatic feed switching device in radioactive environment is of great significance for improving the processing capacity of spent fuel reprocessing plants.The key difficulties lie in operational safety,cavity sealing,and maintenance.To solve the above problems,measures are taken to ensure the stability and accuracy of the shaft system,and to prevent faults,in order to achieve long-term stable operation of the automatic feed switching device;propose a scheme of combining multiple long and short water seals to achieve reliable sealing of multiple chambers;refine the maintenance plan that combines maintenance free design,remote disassembly,and direct repair.The feasibility of the above scheme was verified through the research prototype test of the automatic feed switching device,and the long-term continuous operation of the automatic sorting device is achieved.Through research,a foundation is laid for the engineering design and application of automatic feed switching devices in radioactive environments,which is of great significance to the field of radioactive waste treatment.
