摘  要:在pH=6.09的伯瑞坦-罗比森缓冲介质中,基于铝离子与铬天青S及苯扎氯铵发生显色反应形成三元绿色配合物,建立了铝离子-铬天青S体系分光光度法测定苯扎氯铵的新方法。实验结果表明,在630 nm处体系的吸光度A与苯扎氯铵浓度在2.50 mg·L^(-1)~30.00 mg·L^(-1)范围内呈良好的线性关系,线性回归方程为A=0.0358 C(C单位:mg·L^(-1))-0.0166,线性相关系数R为0.9983。该方法快速、直接且成本低,并且成功应用于创可贴样品中苯扎氯铵含量的检测。A new method for the determination of benzalkonium chloride in Britton-Robinson buffer medium at pH 6.09 was developed by the aluminium ion-chrome azurol S system spectrophotometry,based on the chromogenic reaction between aluminium ion and chrome azurol S as well as cationic surfactant benzalkonium chloride,which to form green ternary complexes.The experimental results showed that there was a good linear relationship between the absorbance of the system at 630 nm and the concentration of benzalkonium chloride in the range of 2.50 mg·L^(-1)-30.00 mg·L^(-1).The linear regression equation was A=0.0358 C-0.0166,with the unit of C being mg·L^(-1).The correlation coefficient R was 0.9983.The method is fast,direct and low cost.It was successfully applied on the determination of benzalkonium chloride in Band-Aid samples.
