摘　　要：目的:对保元汤中总多糖、总黄酮、总皂苷三大类成分进行含量测定。方法:依据保元汤中各药味成分的分类,运用紫外-可见光色谱法,分别测定总多糖、总黄酮、总皂苷含量。结果:样品与对照品的变化波形一致,操作简便快速,适合相关大类成分含量的测定;从标准汤剂到冻干粉的过程中大类成分含量均略有损失,但其含量均在均值的70%~130%。结论:说明保元汤物质基准质量基本一致,为其质量标准的制定以及下一阶段制剂的开发提供科学支撑。Objective:To determine the content of total polysaccharide,total flavone and total saponin in Baoyuan Decoction.Methods:The contents of total polysaccharide,total flavone and total saponin in Baoyuan Decoction were determined by UV-visible light chromatography.Results:The waveforms of the samples were consistent with those of the control products,the operation was simple and rapid,and it was suitable for the determination of the contents of related major components.In the process from standard decoction to freeze-dried powder,the content of major components is slightly lost,but its content is 70%to 130%of the average.Conclusion:It shows that the basic quality of Baoyuan decoction is basically the same,which provides scientific support for the formulation of its quality standard and the development of the next stage of preparation.
