摘 要:为解决化工安全教学缺乏实训手段问题,提升学生事故应急处理能力,采用实物仿真、3D虚拟仿真与虚实结合仿真等方法,设计了现代化工HSE实训、精馏塔现场应急处置、乙酸乙酯生产MR事故应急处理三个实训项目,采用赛训结合、课证融通模式开展教学,取得良好教学效果。In order to address the problem of the lack of training means in chemical process safety teaching and enhance students'abilities to handle accident emergencies,methods such as physical simulation,3D virtual simulation and simulation combining the virtual and the real were adopted.Three practical training projects were designed,namely the modern chemical HSE practical training,on-site emergency response for distillation columns,and MR emergency response to accidents in ethyl acetate production.Teaching was carried out by integrating competition with training and combining courses with certificates,achieving good teaching results.
