摘 要:本文通过引入前沿研究成果,设计了一个可用于药学类本科生的医用分析化学综合实验课。该实验是一个分析化学综合设计性实验。首先,合成氧化铈纳米酶并对其形貌和大小进行表征;随后,基于氧化铈纳米酶的清除自由基性能,分别采用两种分析检测技术(比色法和荧光法)对其清除效率进行评价;最后,通过分析,对比不同测试方法的实验结果,综合评价氧化铈纳米酶的自由基清除性能。该综合设计性实验可以让学生们了解前沿的科技进展,帮助学生拓宽视野,激发对科学研究的热情,培养学生的科研素养和实践能力。This paper introduces cutting-edge research results and designs a comprehensive experiment course of medical analytical chemistry that can be used for undergraduate students of pharmacy.This experiment is a comprehensive design experiment of analytical chemistry.First,the cerium oxide nanozyme was synthesized and its morphology and size were characterized;then,based on the free radical scavenging ability of the cerium oxide nanozyme,two analytical detection techniques(colorimetric and fluorescence methods)were used to assess its scavenging efficiency;Finally,through analysis,the experimental results of different testing methods are compared to comprehensively assess the free radical scavenging performance of cerium oxide nanozyme.This comprehensive designed experiment can help students expand their perspectives,stimulate their enthusiasm for scientific discovery,and cultivate their scientific research acumen and practical skills.
