摘　　要：近年来,国内外儿童友好医院建设进展显著,我国及地方政府不断推出儿童友好医院建设的相关政策,以期为儿童提供安全、舒适、高效的就医环境,促进医疗卫生资源的合理配置和高效利用。然而,当前医院内普遍存在空间布局不合理、设施陈旧、服务流程繁琐等问题,不仅影响儿童医疗体验,还可能对其身心健康产生负面影响。因此,通过文献研究、实地调研和案例分析等方法,收集国家卫生健康委员会等部门的相关政策文件,从空间、设施和服务3个方面深入探讨儿童友好医院建设的路径及策略。结果发现,儿童专科医院和综合医院差别明显,儿童专科医院针对儿童,其空间布局方便孩子和家长,景观、设施和服务也专门为孩子打造;综合医院则要满足多种人群需求,强调多功能等。最终提出具有可操作性的3点建议:根据科室需求进行空间优化;配置儿童友好关怀设施;以家庭为中心,提供多元化服务。In recent years,significant progress has been made in the construction of child-friendly hospitals both at home and abroad,and China and local governments have continued to launch policies related to the construction of child-friendly hospitals,with a view to providing children with a safe,comfortable and efficient medical environment,and promoting the rational allocation and efficient utilization of medical and health resources.However,the current hospitals are generally characterized by irrational spatial layout,outdated facilities,and cumbersome service processes,which not only affect children's medical experience,but also may have a negative impact on physical and mental health.Therefore,through the methods of literature research,field research and case study and collecting relevant policy documents from the National Health Commission and other departments,etc.,the paths and strategies for the construction of child-friendly hospitals are explored in depth from 3 aspects,namely,space,facilities and services.It is found that there is a clear difference between children's specialized hospitals and general hospitals.Children's specialized hospitals are designed for children,with a convenient spatial layout for both children and their parents,and their landscape,facilities and services are also built specifically for children;general hospitals,on the other hand,have to meet the needs of multiple populations and emphasize multi-functionality,etc.Finally,three recommendations with operability are put forward:space optimization according to departmental needs,configuration of child-friendly care facilities,and provision of family-centered and diversified services.
