摘　　要：数字经济的快速发展,促进数字信息技术在生产、生活领域不断渗透,为农村女性非农就业带来契机。基于中国综合社会调查(CGSS)数据,实证检验了数字经济对农村女性非农就业的影响及作用机制。研究发现,数字经济发展能够提高农村女性非农就业概率,且对位于东部区域具有低技能、年龄在35~55岁的农村女性群体作用更显著。数字经济发展能够通过促进农村女性的自我性别角色认同,提高农村女性的非农就业参与,保障女性就业权益。为此,不仅要发展女性多元化就业形态,继续完善农村地区数字基础设施建设,还要营造现代化性别角色观念的社会文化氛围。The rapid development of digital economy promotes the continuous penetration of digital information technology in the field of production and life,and brings opportunities for rural women's non-agricultural employment.Based on the data of China General Social Survey(CGSS),the author of this paper empirically tests the impact and mechanism of digital economy on rural women's non-agricultural employment.It is found that the development of digital economy can increase the probability of non-agricultural employment of rural women;and it has a more significant effect on rural women aged 35-55 years old with low skills in the eastern region.The development of digital economy can improve rural women's non-agricultural employment participation and protect women's employment rights by promoting rural women's self-gender role identity.accordingly,we should not only develop women's diversified employment forms,continue to improve the construction of digital infrastructure in rural areas,but also create a social and cultural atmosphere of modern gender roles.
