摘　　要：大跨度屋架、锯齿形天窗、牛腿柱及筒体构筑物等特殊构造在工业建筑不同时期均赋予其独特的结构空间特征。文章基于文献研究、案例分析及实地调研,以结构特性为视角,对工业建筑结构体系、空间形态进行深入分析,并推导出既有工业建筑改造方法架构,进而得出既有工业建筑特殊构造在旧结构保留、旧结构优化、新旧结构共生等方面的改造策略。通过归纳总结特殊构造部位共同的改造策略,为工业建筑微观层面改造的可持续发展提供理论依据和技术支持。In different period of industrial building,special construction is characterized by unique structural space,including large span roof truss,sawtooth skylight,cow-leg pillar and cylinder structure,etc.Based on literature research,case analysis and field research,this paper performs in-depth analysis to the structural system and spatial configuration from the visual angle of structural characteristics,derives the architecture of the transformation method for existing industrial building,and further gets the transformation strategies for the special construction of existing industrial building in retention of old structure,optimization of old structure and symbiosis of old and new structures,etc..Through inducing and summarizing the common transformation strategy for special construction parts,theoretical basis and technical support are provided for the sustainable development of industrial building transformed in microscopic horizon.
