摘 要:随着全球气候变化的挑战愈加严峻,可再生能源的开发利用日益受到重视。光伏作为清洁、高效的能源解决方案,应用越来越广。近年来,我国以“双碳”目标为引领,发布一系列政策以鼓励和支持居住建筑光伏的发展,加速能源结构的绿色转型。然而,如何在新建居住建筑中有效集成新能源光伏系统,如何协调设计、施工与验收的一惯性,如何进行运维与利益分配,仍然是业界关注的焦点。文章从上海市新建大型居住社区保障房建筑光伏发电的案例实践出发,总结新能源光伏技术在新建居住建筑中的应用现状;从工程同步性、前后协同性、运维模式的角度,分析光伏技术应用中存在的主要问题并提出相应的解决方案,以期为行业实践提供参考。With the increasingly severe challenge of global climatic change,the development and utilization of renewable energy source is increasingly emphasized.As a clean and highly efficient energy solution,photovoltaic is more and more extensively applied.Led by the“double carbon”target in the recent years,China has issued a series of policies,so as to encourage and support the development of photovoltaic in residential building and quicken the green transformation of energy structure.However,how to effectively integrate new energy photovoltaic system in the newly-built residential building,how to coordinate the consistency of design,construction and acceptance and how to perform operation,maintenance and benefit distribution are still the focal point paid attention to by the same industry.Starting from the case practice of building mounted photovoltaic power generation for the affordable housing in a newly-built large residential community of Shanghai Municipality,this paper summarizes the present application of new energy photovoltaic technique in newly-built residential building,and from the angle of engineering synchronism and time synergy as well as operation and maintenance pattern,it analyzes the main problems in application of photovoltaic technique and puts forward corresponding solution,so as to provide reference for industrial practice.
