浅埋一次采全高工作面回撤通道合理位置研究

摘  要:为确定浅埋煤层工作面回撤通道合理位置,以乌兰集团温家塔煤矿为工程背景,综合采用理论分析、数值模拟和工程实测的方法,分析了渐进破坏煤柱的临界失稳宽度,确定了工作面回撤通道保护煤柱的合理宽度。结果表明:工作面超前采动应力影响范围为12.25 m;206工作面回撤通道保护煤柱宽10 m条件下,煤柱中部弹性核区稳定;中长期巷道围岩变形量相比于掘巷稳定期间增大1倍;辅助回撤通道受采动影响,压剪应力导致巷道回采侧底角和大巷侧顶角塑性破坏范围增大。现场实测结果表明,13 m宽的回撤通道保护煤柱巷道维护效果较好,同时提高了工作面资源的采出率。为周边矿井工作面确定合理回撤通道位置提供方法参考。To determine the reasonable position of the equipment withdrawal roadway of the shallow coal seam working face,taking Wenjiata coal mine of Ulan group as the engineering background,theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and engineering measurement were adopted.The critical instability width of the progressive failure coal pillar is analyzed and the reasonable width of the protective coal pillar of the retracement channel of the working face is determined.The results show that the influence range of advanced mining stress in working face is 12.25 m;the elastic core area in the middle of the coal pillar is stable under the condition that the width of the protective coal pillar in the equipment withdrawal roadway of the 206 working face is 10 m.The deformation of surrounding rock in the medium and long term is doubled compared with that in the stable period of roadway excavation.The auxiliary equipment withdrawal roadway is affected by mining,and the compressive shear stress leads to the increase of the plastic failure range of the bottom corner on the mining side of the roadway and the top corner on the side of the roadway.Field measurement results show that the maintenance effect of the protective coal pillar roadway of the 13 m wide equipment withdrawal roadway is better,and the recovery rate of the working face resources is improved.It provides a reference for determining the reasonable position of the withdrawal roadway for the surrounding mine working face.
