摘 要:针对锦界煤矿软岩巷道群围岩变形破坏严重、支护构件易失效等问题,采用现场实测、室内试验、理论分析与数值模拟等方法,分析了软岩巷道群变形破坏的原因,研究了巷道群开挖过程中围岩应力演化规律,提出了分区支护的围岩控制技术。结果表明:(1)31403中转排水措施巷顶板泥岩中,黏土类矿物平均含量均超过了50%,因此遇水极易崩解。(2)软岩巷道群围岩发生变形破坏的原因为顶板岩体力学强度低+水的侵蚀作用+掘进扰动影响下极限平衡拱叠加导致的应力集中。(3)巷道群开挖过程中,相邻巷道顶板拱形卸荷区发生叠加,其中越靠近掘进区域中部,煤柱上的应力集中面积更大,应力数值可达14~18 MPa。(4)软岩巷道群的分区支护围岩控制技术具体为稳定区域采用圆钢锚杆+冷拔丝网片+锚索的基本支护方式,不稳定区域采用圆钢锚杆+双层网片+锚索+W钢带。现场监测发现,采用分区支护技术后,巷道顶板总离层量最大为40 mm,围岩稳定性较好。Aiming at the problems of serious deformation damage and failure of support components of the surrounding soft rock roadway group in Jinjie coal mine,the deformation and failure of the soft rock roadway group was analyzed by means of field measurement,laboratory test,theoretical analysis and numerical simulation.The reasons of deformation in soft rock roadway group is analyzed.The stress evolution law of surrounding rock during the excavation of roadway group was studied is researched.The surrounding rock control technologies for the partition supportis proposed.The results show that:(1)The average content of clay minerals in the roof mudstone of 31403 transfer drainage measures exceeds 50%,so it is easy to disintegrate when exposed to water.(2)The reasons for the deformation and failure of the surrounding rock of the soft rock roadway group are the low mechanical strength of the roof rock mass+the erosion of water+the stress concentration caused by the superimposition of the ultimatestable arch under the influence of mining.(3)During the excavation of the roadway group,the arch unloading area of the roof of the adjacent roadway overlaps,and the closer to the middle of the excavation area,the larger the stress concentration area on the coal pillar,and the stress value can reach 14-18 MPa.(4)The surrounding rock control technology for partition support of soft rock roadway groups is as follows:the basic support method of round steel anchor+cold drawn wire mesh+anchor cable is used in the stable stage,and round steel anchor+double-mesh+anchor cable+W steel belt support is used in the unstable area.On-site monitoring found that after adopting this technology,the total layer separation of the roof of the roadway is up to 40 mm,and the stability of the surrounding rock is better.
