摘 要:以梁宝寺煤矿为具体案例,综合运用理论分析、数值模拟和现场试验等多种研究方法,系统分析了宽煤柱工作面的致冲机理、冲击危险性分类识别及综合防治技术。首先提出了宽煤柱工作面的综合分类方法,将工作面分为充分采动、非充分采动和充分-非充分采动三大类,并进一步细分为平面宽煤柱和立体宽煤柱、显性宽煤柱和隐性宽煤柱等子类别。基于应力和围岩结构关系,建立了宽煤柱工作面整体冲击和局部冲击的力学模型,提出了宽煤柱工作面发生整体冲击的工程判据,并开发了总应力法、稳定核区法和IK法等冲击危险性识别方法。在防治技术方面,构建了包括整体防冲、局部防冲和安全管理3个层次的防治技术体系,详细介绍了双层钻孔技术、水力压裂技术等具体防治措施,并通过现场工业试验验证了其有效性。研究结果表明,通过科学合理的防治手段和措施的应用,可以有效降低宽煤柱工作面冲击地压的发生概率和风险,保障煤矿生产的安全和稳定。研究不仅为梁宝寺煤矿宽煤柱工作面的安全开采提供了科学依据和技术支持,也为类似地质条件下的煤矿冲击地压防治工作提供了有益参考。Using Liangbaosi coal mine as a specific case study.By employing a comprehensive approach incorporating theoretical analysis,numerical simulation,and field testing,systematically analyzes the mechanisms of rockburst,classification and identification of rockburst risk,and comprehensive prevention techniques for wide coal pillar workings.Initially,a comprehensive classification method for wide coal pillar workings is proposed,dividing them into three major categories:fully mined,partially mined,and fully-partially mined,with further subdivisions into planar and three-dimensional wide coal pillars,as well as explicit and implicit wide coal pillars.Based on the relationship between stress and surrounding rock structure,mechanical models for overall and local rockburst in wide coal pillar workings are established.Engineering criteria for the occurrence of overall rockburst in wide coal pillar workings are proposed,and rockburst risk identification methods such as the total stress method,stable core zone method,and IK method are developed.In terms of prevention techniques,a three-tiered prevention technology system is constructed,encompassing overall rockburst prevention,local rockburst prevention,and safety management.Specific prevention measures such as double-layer drilling technology and hydraulic fracturing technology are introduced in detail,and their effectiveness is verified through field industrial tests.The research findings indicate that the application of scientific and reasonable prevention methods and measures can effectively reduce the probability and risk of rockburst in wide coal pillar workings,ensuring safety and stability in coal mine production.This study not only provides scientific basis and technical support for the safe mining of wide coal pillar workings in Liangbaosi coal mine but also offers valuable reference for rockburst prevention in coal mines under similar geological conditions.
