摘 要:为实现露天煤矿富水炮孔间隔装药爆破,研发专用间隔器及装药工艺。选定现场2个富水区开展富水炮孔间隔装药爆破试验,现场间隔装药合格率大于80%,所选的2个试验区爆破后粒径小于1.5 m的岩块比例分别为99.77%和99.69%,大块率分别为0.23和0.31,铲装后的根底率分别为1.3%和2.1%,与连续装药爆破的大块率和根底率相当。基于未确知测度理论建立了富水炮孔间隔装药爆破评价模型,以大块率、根底率、炸药单耗和单孔装药耗为评价指标,得到2个试验区间隔装药爆破与连续装药爆破的效果综合评价均为较好,即富水炮孔间隔装药爆破可实现与连续装药爆破相当的爆破效果。To facilitate water-rich blast holes interval loading for open-pit coal mine,specialized spacers and loading techniques were developed.In the selected two water-rich zones of the field,interval loading of boreholes was conducted,and the compliance rate for interval loading exceeded 80%.The proportion of rocks smaller than 1.5 meters in diameter was 99.77%and 99.69%after blasting in two test areas respectively,and large rock ratio was 0.23 and 0.31 respectively,and bottom ratio of post-excavation was 1.3%and 2.1%.Respectively these figures were comparable to the large rock and bottom ratios achieved with continuous loading and blasting.Based on the theory of unascertained measurement,an evaluation model for water-rich blast hole sinterval loading blasting was established,using large fragment ratio,bottom ratio,explosive consumption per unit volume,and loading consumption per borehole as evaluation indicators.The comprehensive evaluation of the effectiveness of both interval loading and continuous loading blasting was found to be favorablein two test areas.In other words,water-rich blast holes interval loading blasting can achieve a blasting effect comparable to continuous loading blasting.
