摘  要:安全高效的现代化矿井排水系统对于矿井的安全生产相当重要,沿线排水系统又是平硐式运输重要的一环,如若出现问题将影响安全生产。通过以神东公司某矿井为例,分析了沿线排水系统的设计和布置,分析其日常运行中存在的3种问题:排水泵故障、排石设施故障以及故障无法监测和恢复。针对问题又提出相应的管控措施,通过降低水泵损坏、优化巡检路线、视频监测、实现双回路供电,以及远程停送电技术等措施降低排水系统的故障率,提高可靠性。并对该矿使用的远程停送电系统的系统框架、工作原理、实现在线监测、实施数据分析、告警以及远程漏电等功能进行阐述,总结分析了实际应用效果,对矿井沿线排水系统智能化管理提供了思路。A safe and efficient modern mine drainage system is crucial for the safe production of the mine,and the drainage system along the line is also an important part of adit transportation.If problems occur,it will affect safety production.Takes a mine of Shendong company as an example to analyze the design and layout of the drainage system along the line,and analyzes three problems that exist in its daily operation:drainage pump failure,stone discharge facility failure,and inability to monitor and recover faults.Corresponding control measures have been proposed to address the issue,including reducing water pump damage,optimizing inspection routes,video monitoring,implementing dual circuit power supply,and remote power outage technology to reduce the failure rate of the drainage system and improve reliability.And the system framework,working principle,implementation of online monitoring,data analysis,alarm,and remote leakage functions of the remote power outage and transmission system used in the mine were elaborated.The actual application effects were analyzed in total,providing ideas for intelligent management of drainage systems along the mine.
