摘 要:为解决Y型通风条件下工作面沿空留巷瓦斯浓度易超限的问题,以寺河煤矿二号井97312工作面为研究对象,结合沿空留巷漏风情况分析工作面瓦斯涌出规律,提出以顶板高位钻孔抽采为主、采空区埋管抽采为辅,同时加强沿空留巷漏风管理以减少巷道漏风率、调整主辅进风巷巷道配风比的瓦斯综合治理技术方案。现场应用表明,采取瓦斯综合治理技术后,沿空留巷瓦斯浓度均未超限,97224巷瓦斯涌出量占比下降了9.8%,沿空留巷瓦斯综合治理效果较好。To address the issue of gas concentration exceeding the limit along the gob-side entry retaining in in Y-type ventilation condition,the 97312 working face at Sihe No.2 coal mine was studied.Combining the analysis of air leakage along the gob-side entry with the gas outburst law of the working face,a comprehensive gas control technology scheme was proposed,focusing on high-level roof drilling for gas extraction and supplemented by buried pipe extraction in goaf.Additionally,strengthening the management of air leakage along the gob-side entry retaining to reduce the air leakage rate in the roadways and adjusting the airflow ratio of the main and auxiliary air intake roadways were suggested.Field applications have shown that after the implementation of comprehensive gas control technology,gas concentrations along the gob-side entry have not been exceeded the limit,and the proportion of gas outburst in the 97224 goaf has decreased by 9.8%.The comprehensive gas control effect along the goaf is satisfactory.
