摘 要:为研究不同注水压力下煤层注水水分增量,基于压汞实验测定的沟通孔隙率及孔径分布规律,结合接触角及表面张力测定结果,对鲁中地区某煤矿煤样的临界孔隙尺度进行计算,基于临界孔隙尺度推导出不同注水压力下的水分增量计算公式。研究表明:该煤矿煤样沟通孔隙率为4.2117%,微孔所占总孔隙体积比例较大,占49.40%,注水较为困难;推导出水分增量与煤样沟通孔隙率、视密度及大于临界孔隙尺度孔隙的累计体积相关的函数;实测表明,水分增量与基于临界孔隙尺度的计算结果基本一致,说明利用临界孔隙尺度来计算一定压力下的煤层注水的水分增量是可行的。In order to study the water increment of coal seam water infusion in different water injection pressure.Based on the link porosity and proe size distribution law measured by mercury injection test,combined with the determination results of contact angle and surface tension,calculated the critical proe size of a coal mine in the central Shandong region,and then,deduced a formula to calculate water increment by the critical proe size.Researches shows that the critical proe size of coal sample in this coal mine is 4.2117%,microporous with a large proportion,accounting for 49.40%,water injection is more difficulty.Deduced a function between water increment and link porosity,apparent density,pore cumulative volume fraction which is greater than critical proe size.Actual measurement show that water increment is consistent with the formula result which suggests that to calculate water increment of coal seam water infusion based on critical proe size is feasible.
