摘  要:矿井瓦斯是严重威胁煤矿安全生产的主要自然因素之一,瓦斯爆炸、煤与瓦斯突出可能会造成大量人员伤亡和巨大财产损失。煤层顺层钻孔负压抽采造成巷道中的空气漏入钻孔内,目前,普遍采用各种方式封堵钻孔及周边的裂隙,但漏风现象依然严重。为提高瓦斯抽采浓度和抽采效率,采用短孔注浆+煤壁喷涂的封堵工艺,有效地解决了漏风问题。Mine gas is one of the main natural factors that seriously threaten the safety of coal mine production.Gas explosion,coal and gas outburst may cause a large number of casualties and huge property losses.The air in the roadway leaks into the borehole due to the negative pressure extraction of the borehole along the seam.At present,various ways are commonly used to plug the borehole and the cracks around it,but the phenomenon of air leakage is still serious.In order to improve the concentration and efficiency of gas extraction,the sealing process of short hole grouting+coal wall spraying is adopted to effectively solve the problem of air leakage.
