摘  要:以淮北某综掘面为研究对象,设计了一种安装在自移式临时支护支架下方的气幕控尘装置,结合压风筒和抽风筒共同应用在综掘面;建立了系统的气固两相流的仿真模型,研究了系统的相关参数(压风筒位置、气幕射流角度)对综掘面内风流运动和粉尘分布规律的影响,得出了该控尘降尘系统在综掘面内的最佳参数配置。使得气幕控尘降尘系统的巷道后方平均粉尘浓度降低至18 mg/m^(3),平均粉尘质量浓度降低了87.4%。The research object is a fully mechanized heading face in Huaibei.Have designed a dust control device installed under the self-moving temporary support frame,combining the use of the air curtain and exhaust fan in the fully mechanized heading face.Have developed a systematic simulation model for the gas-solid two-phase flow,studying the effects of relevant parameters(such as the position of the air pressure tube and the angle of the air curtain jet)on the airflow and dust distribution patterns within the fully mechanized heading face.Have determined the optimal parameter configuration for this dust control and reduction system within the fully mechanized heading face.As a result,the average dust concentration behind the tunnel of the dust control and reduction system has been reduced to 18 mg/m^(3),and the average dust mass concentration has decreased by 87.4%.
