摘　　要：传统料模滤板软管两端通过管螺纹配合的方式与被联件相联,拆卸麻烦,严重耗费工时,因此设计制作了一种适用于料模滤板的快速接头式软管。分析了软管在安装后的压力因素。利用三维软件建模后进行有限元仿真分析,其两端均设有快速公插头,其端部环槽内套置挡圈和O形橡胶密封圈,与快速母插头相插装配后内部形成环形空腔,U形卡通过快速母插头外侧开设的圆孔插入空腔内,结构整体简单、拆卸方便、密封性好、安全可靠,研究成果可指导洗煤行业的发展。The traditional material form filter plate hose is connected with the connected parts through the way of pipe thread fitting,so it is difficult to disassemble,and it costs a lot of man-hours.The pressure factors of the hose after installation are analyzed.After modeling with 3D software,the finite element simulation analysis was carried out.The two ends of the utility model are provided with quick male plug,and the ring groove at the end of the utility model is sheathed with a retaining ring and an O-shaped rubber seal ring,the U-shaped card is inserted into the cavity through the round hole which is arranged outside the quick female plug.The whole structure is simple,the disassembly is convenient,the sealing performance is good,and the safety is reliable,the research results can guide the development of coal washing industry.
