摘　　要：为了解决煤质在线检测技术和机械化采制样一体化的关键技术,设计了一套基于RockWell PLC监控系统,为煤质在线检测子系统提供稳定、形状规格煤流,提高了煤质在线检测精度,并利用.Net技术构建B/S构架,实现洗煤厂对煤质数据的远程检测分析。In order to solve the key integration technology of coal quality on-line detection and mechanized sampling,a set of control system based on RockWell PLC is designed,which provides stable and shape coal flow for coal quality on-line detection subsystem,improves the accuracy of coal quality on-line detection,and the B/S framework is constructed by using.Net technology to realize remote detection and analysis of coal quality data in coal washery.
