摘  要:介绍了一种火花试验装置火花类型的区分方法。该方法通过对火花波形的特征进行识别及分类,能够对火花试验装置产生的火花类型进行精准区分,查找出真正影响灵敏度的火花,进而保证火花试验装置检测的灵敏度。通过理论分析和实验研究,全面分析了本质安全电路的本质安全火花打火机理,建立了本质安全产品及其电路的检验评定方法,实现对本安电路火花引爆试验的计算机评定检测技术;从而建立起方便快捷、应用自如的新型本安检测评定手段。为本安防爆理论研究和开展本安电路设计、检验提供依据,填补了国内本安检验测试手段的空白。Introduces a method to distinguish spark types in spark test device.By identifying and classifying the characteristics of spark waveform,this method can accurately distinguish the types of sparks generated by the spark test device,find out the sparks that really affect the sensitivity,and then ensure the detection sensitivity of the spark test device.Through theoretical analysis and experimental research,comprehensively analyzes the intrinsically safe spark lighter mechanism of intrinsically safe circuits,establishes the inspection and evaluation method of intrinsically safe products and their circuits,and realizes the computer evaluation and detection technology of spark ignition test of intrinsically safe circuits.Thus,a new type of intrinsically safe detection and evaluation method is established,which is convenient,fast and freely applied.It provides a basis for the study of intrinsically safe explosion-proof theory and the design and inspection of intrinsically safe circuits,and fills the gap in domestic intrinsically safe inspection and testing methods.
