摘 要:矿用电磁波随钻测量仪采集钻孔姿态数据并调制为低频电磁信号,经地层和钻杆构成的信号传输通道传到钻孔孔口,经过信号拾取和解调得到钻孔方位角、倾角、工具面角及钻孔轨迹。相比于通缆随钻测量,电磁波随钻测量仪无需配套专用通缆钻杆进行数据传输,大大降低了钻进成本;相比于泥浆脉冲随钻测量系统,电磁波随钻测量仪数据传输速率高,且不仅适用于液动钻进,也适用于气动钻进。矿用电磁波随钻测量仪在五虎山煤矿回转钻进瓦斯抽采钻孔的应用表明,电磁波随钻测量仪传输稳定,数据可靠,能有效指导回转钻进瓦斯抽采钻孔的设计与施工,最大限度保障钻孔瓦斯抽采的效率与效果。Mine-used electromagnetic wave measurement while drilling(EM-MWD)instrument collects the borehole attitude data and modulates it into low frequency electromagnetic signal which is transmitted to the borehole outside through the signal transmission channel composed of formation and drill pipe.After signal picking and demodulation,the borehole azimuth,inclination,tool face angle and borehole track are obtained.Compared with wireline MWD,EM-MWD instrument does not need special cable drill pipe for data transmission,which greatly reduces the drilling cost.Compared with the mud pulse MWD system,EM-MWD system has a high data transmission rate and is suitable for both hydraulic and pneumatic drilling.The application of mine-used EM-MWD instrument in gas extraction drilling hole in Wuhushan coal mine shows that the EM-MWD instrument has stable transmission and reliable data,which can effectively guide the design and construction of gas extraction drilling hole in rotary drilling and guarantee the efficiency and effect of gas extraction in drilling hole to the greatest extent.
