摘 要:通过热重分析方法研究了煤泥、煤矸石、风化煤等低热值煤和玉米芯生物质单独及耦合燃烧的动力学特性。结果表明:燃料单独燃烧时的综合燃烧特性指数由大到小依次为玉米芯>风化煤>煤泥>煤矸石。耦合燃烧时,玉米芯的加入使得低热值煤的综合燃烧性能提高,燃烧反应的活化能明显降低。煤泥/玉米芯耦合燃烧时有着显著的协同作用,使得样品的着火温度和燃尽温度明显降低,而煤矸石/玉米芯混燃时仅表现为两者热重曲线的简单叠加。研究结果为燃煤机组规模化处理低热值燃料和生物质提供了工业应用基础数据。Kinetic characteristics of low heat value coals such as coal slime,gangue,weathered coal and biomass(corncob)in separate and co-combustion were studied based on the thermogravimetric analysis method.Results show that when the fuels were burned separately,the comprehensive combustibility index was from large to small in the order of corncob>weathered coal>coal slime>gangue.As for co-combustion,the addition of corncob improved the comprehensive combustibility,and the activation energy of the whole combustion processes were significantly reduced.The synergistic effect of coal slime/corncob co-combustion was obvious,which significantly reduced the ignition temperature and burnout temperature.But as for co-combustion of gangue and corncob,the weight loss curve was only a simple superposition of the weight loss curves of the two fuels,and the synergistic effect of the two was not obvious.The research results provide industrial application basic data for the large-scale treatment of low heat value fuel and biomass by coal-fired power units.
