摘  要:根据锡林浩特褐煤在煤科院φ100 mm固定床加压气化小型试验装置的试烧结果数据表明,2.5~3.0 MPa操作压力下采用的汽氧比在7.0~8.0 kg/Nm^(3),煤气产率为1.14~1.17 Nm^(3)/(kg煤),焦油产率为2.10~2.60 kg·/(100 kg煤),从煤气组成看,有效成分(H_(2)+CO+CH_(4))含量为62%~64%。同时,在传统热力学模型基础之上进行改进,建立了包含焦油在内的热力学模型。根据在2.5、3.0 MPa下的试烧数据,利用MATLAB中fsolve函数进行计算,得到误差在2%以内,模型预测性在可接受范围内,从而进行4.0 MPa下气化结果的预测,为4.0 MPa试验提供了参考依据,也为日后目标试验压力超过装置运行压力时提供了一个预测的方法模型。According to the test results of Xilinhot lignite in准100 mm fixed bed pressurized gasification small test facility of China Coal Research Institute,the steam-oxygen ratio under the operating pressure of 2.5 MPa to 3.0 MPa ranges from 7.0 kg/Nm^(3) to 8.0 kg/Nm^(3),and the gas yield is 1.14 Nm^(3)·/(kg of coal)to 1.17 Nm^(3)/(kg of coal).The tar yield is 2.10 kg/(100 kg of coal)to 2.60 kg·/(100 kg of coal),and the content of effective component(H_(2)+CO+CH_(4))is 62%to 64%from the gas composition.At the same time,based on the improvement of the traditional thermodynamic model,a thermodynamic model including tar is established.According to the test data under 2.5 MPa and 3.0 MPa,the fsolve function in MATLAB is used for calculation,and the error is within 2%,and the model prediction is within the acceptable range,so as to predict the gasification results under 4.0 MPa.This model provides a reference for 4.0 MPa test and a method model for predicting when the target test pressure exceeds the device operation pressure in the future.
