树皮煤热解半焦发热量变化及硫迁移规律的研究

摘  要:与传统燃煤方式会产生大量浪费和污染不同,煤热解是煤炭高效清洁转化利用的重要方式,特别适用于低阶煤。树皮煤是一种具有特殊性质的低阶煤种,热解焦油产率较高,具有较高研究价值。同时,树皮煤中含有对环境有害的硫,通过改变煤热解气氛,可以提高产品的脱硫率。针对树皮煤热解过程,以不同浓度的H_(2)作热解气氛,研究了不同气氛对树皮煤热解中硫迁移规律和半焦发热量的影响。研究发现:H_(2)的添加能够提高半焦发热量;降低半焦中的硫含量。Unlike traditional coal-fired methods that generate a large amount of waste and pollution,coal pyrolysis is an important way for efficient and clean conversion and utilization of coal,especially suitable for low rank coal.Bark coal is a low rank coal with special properties,with a high yield of pyrolysis tar and high research value.Meanwhile,bark coal contains harmful sulfur to the environment.By changing the pyrolysis atmosphere of coal,the desulfurization rate of the product can be improved.Aiming at the pyrolysis process of bark coal,different concentrations of H_(2) were used as pyrolysis atmospheres to study the effects of different atmospheres on sulfur migration and semi coke heat generation during bark coal pyrolysis.Research has found that the addition of H_(2) can increase the heat generation of semi coke;reduce the sulfur content in semi coke.
