沁水盆地南部煤层气区块开发技术经济分析

摘  要:利用静态地质资料和排采动态资料,开展了沁水盆地某区块大规模快速投入煤层气开发的经济可行性评价。研究认为,该区块煤层气资源丰度中等,渗透率低,高产井(稳定阶段日产气量>2000 m^(3)/d)比例占6%,低产井(稳定阶段日产气量<500 m^(3)/d)占比60%,未动用煤层气技术可采储量为175.28亿m^(3)。基于前期煤层气井生产状态,按照5 a大规模投入开发的概念设计,该区块未动用技术可采储量开发的内部收益率为2.96%,未达到8%的行业基准收益率。结果显示,在其它条件不变的情况下,未动用可采储量的规模快速开发要实现8%的税后内部收益率,产量需要提升32%,即培育高产井、提升高产井比例是产量提升的关键。为此,需要在井位优选、储层增透和排采工作制度优化3个方面加强技术创新。The rich geological and well performance data are used to carry out CBM development condition analysis and economic feasibility study are executed in view of the undeveloped recoverable resources in the block,Qinshui basin.The following results are obtained:The medium resource abundance and low-permeability reservoir in the block.The high-yield wells(the daily gas production in stable stage>2000 m^(3)/d)in the block account for 6%,and the low-yield wells(the daily gas production in stable stage<500 m^(3)/d)account for a relatively high proportion(60%).The undeveloped recoverable reserves in the block is 175.28 hundred million m^(3).Based on the current production status of CBM wells,according to the concept design of large-scale development for 5 years,the IRR in the development project of undeveloped technology recoverable reserves in the block is only 2.96%,which is less than the industry benchmark yield of 8%.For attaining the industry benchmark yield of 8%,the production in the block is to be increased by 32%.Cultivating high-yield well and increasing the proportion of high-yield well in both blocks are essential for increasing the production of the blocks.For this objective,technology innovations relative to well site selection,permeability enhancement and optimization of dewatering and production schedule must be applied in both blocks.
