摘 要:石油钻机泥浆泵是钻井时将冲洗液送入钻孔形成循环流动,以达到冷却钻头、排除岩屑、维护孔壁等目的的专用机械。把石油开采泥浆泵的工作过程以虚拟现实技术展示能更好地助力开展工作教育,节省资源,方便了解。依据泥浆泵实物及其运作过程的场景采用SolidWorks软件建立了三维模型,基于Unity 3D虚拟引擎开发泥浆泵及其工作过程完成了场景搭建设计、实物动态运作;同时融入有限元仿真分析等一系列工作最后打包发布。最终实现石油钻机泥浆泵循环系统的虚拟仿真研究,有助于泥浆泵学习与培训、安全操作指导。The mud pump of an oil drilling rig is a special machine that sends flushing fluid into the borehole to form a circular flow during drilling to cool the drill bit,remove cuttings,and maintain the hole wall.Demonstrating the working process of oil mining mud pumps with virtual reality technology can better assist work education,save resources,and facilitate understanding.This paper uses SolidWorks software to establish a three-dimensional model based on the actual mud pump and its operating process.Based on the Unity 3D virtual engine,the mud pump and its working process are developed to complete the scene construction design and dynamic operation of the actual object;at the same time,it integrates a series of finite element simulation analyses and other series work,then finally packaged and released.This paper implements virtual simulation research on the mud pump circulation system of an oil drilling rig,which is helpful for mud pump learning and training and safe operation guidance.
