摘  要:永磁同步电机因其具有结构简单,运行可靠,体积小等优点,越来越受到业界的关注。基于此以18槽10极六相的永磁同步电机为研究对象,利用Motor-CAD电机仿真软件建立了电机仿真模型,设计了电机的定转子结构、定子槽型的形状,计算了定子内外径等,根据计算结果对电机的转矩脉动、最大转矩、效率等进行优化,得出电机最优参数,为行业提供一定的参考价值。Permanent magnet synchronous motor has the advantages of simple structure,reliable operation and small size,and has attracted more and more attention from the industry.In this paper,the 18-slot,10-pole six-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor is taken as the research object,the motor simulation model is established by using Motor-CAD motor simulation software;the stator and rotor structure of the motor,the shape of the stator groove,the inner and outer diameters of the stator are calculated.And the torque ripple,maximum torque and efficiency of the motor are optimized according to the calculation results,and the optimal parameters of the motor are obtained,which provides certain reference value for the industry.
