浅谈IRFP350场效应管的使用及故障维修

摘　　要：随着全固态中波广播发射机完全取代了传统电子管中波发射机,全固态中波广播发射机使用到场效应管,IRFP350场效应管是全固态中波广播发射机上使用最多的电子元器件之一,非常重要。基于此介绍了IRFP350场效应管的结构、参数、判断好坏的方法、步骤以及更换实例,旨在可以让相关技术人员更全面的了解IRFP350场效应管,更好的应用于中波广播发射机的维护维修之中。With the complete replacement of traditional electronic tube medium wave transmitters by all solid state medium wave broadcast transmitters,field effect transistors are used in all solid state medium wave broadcast transmitters.The IRFP350 field effect transistor is one of the most commonly used electronic components in all solid state medium wave broadcast transmitters and is very important.This article mainly introduces the structure,parameters,methods and steps for judging the quality of IRFP350 field effect transistors,as well as the replacement examples.The aim is to enable relevant technical personnel to have a more comprehensive understanding of IRFP350 field-effect transistors and better apply them in the maintenance and repair of medium wave broadcast transmitters.
