摘　　要：党的十八大以来,我国生态文明建设取得一系列历史性成就,建立健全现代环境治理体系成为美丽中国建设的重要一环。环境治理企业责任体系是现代环境治理体系的重要组成部分。企业承担环境责任是完整、准确、全面贯彻新发展理念、增强环境治理效果、健全多方共治的现代环境治理体系、建设人与自然和谐共生的现代化的必然要求。构建环境治理企业责任体系具有理论和现实双重依据,它的整体架构涵盖指导思想、基本原则、主要目标等总体要求和法制体系、管理体系、监督体系、市场体系、信用体系等具体规划。环境治理企业责任体系构建的实现路径分为宏观层面的政府引导和市场导向、中观层面的产业绿色化和绿色产业化、微观层面的企业绿色生产和公众绿色消费。Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC,China has made a series of historic achievements in the development of ecological civilization,and establishing and improving a modern environmental governance system has become an important part of the construction of a beautiful China.Corporate responsibility system for environmental governance is an important part of modern environmental governance system.The assumption of environmental responsibility by enterprises is an inevitable requirement for the complete,accurate and comprehensive implementation of the new development concept,the enhancement of environmental governance effect,the improvement of the modern environmental governance system of multi-party governance,and the construction of the modernization featuring harmonious coexistence between man and nature.The construction of the corporate responsibility system for environmental governance has both theoretical and practical basis.Its overall structure covers the overall requirements such as guiding ideology,basic principles and main objectives,and specific plans such as the legal system,management system,supervision system,market system and credit system.The realization path of the construction of corporate responsibility system for environmental governance is divided into government guidance and market orientation at the macro level,industrial greening and green industrialization at the medium level,and enterprise green production and public green consumption at the micro level.
