算法协商民主文化构建的可能性与现实性

摘　　要：算法协商民主文化是指通过算法技术平台形成的协商民主文化。算法深刻影响着协商民主文化的发展,拓展了协商民主文化的传播渠道,使协商民主文化传播具有针对性和精准性。算法协商民主文化既具有社会主义协商民主文化的一般性特征,又具有自身的独特性。通过算法共同体协商文化机制、算法间性协商民主文化机制、算法伦理机制、算法社会制约机制共同构建联通算法与协商民主文化的可能性与现实性的机制体系,推进算法协商民主文化的发展。Algorithmic consultative democracy culture refers to the consultative democracy culture formed through algorithmic technological platforms.Algorithms profoundly influence the development of consultative democracy culture,expanding its communication channels and making consultative democracy culture dissemination more targeted and precise.Algorithmic consultative democracy culture has both general characteristics of socialist consultative democracy culture and its own uniqueness.It constructs a mechanism system that connects algorithms with consultative democratic culture through the mechanisms of algorithmic community consultation,inter-algorithmic consultation,algorithmic ethics,and social constraints on algorithms,thereby promoting the development of algorithmic consultative democratic culture.
