摘 要:蜂窝夹芯常应用于大变形-高承载结构中,开展新型结构设计和参数分析对于提高其安全性和变形能力尤为重要。本文通过对正弦形零泊松比-蜂窝结构的等效力学性能进行研究,在传统的蜂窝构型基础上,设计了一种新型橄榄形零泊松比蜂窝,采用数值仿真方法对蜂窝结构开展参数分析并进行了物理试验验证。研究结果表明,新型橄榄形蜂窝结构可有效解决传统正弦形零泊松比蜂窝结构面内变形能力不足的问题,该研究成果在航空航天领域具有重要应用价值,尤其是在提高结构变形能力方面表现突出。Honeycomb sandwich structure are often used in Large-deformation and high coad-bearing structures.It is paticularly important to carry out novel strutural design and parameter analysis to improve their safety and deformation capacity.The equivalent mechanical properties of sinusoidal zero-poisson’s ratio honeycomb structure are investigated based on the gibson theory,and a novel olive-type zero-poisson’s ratio honeycomb structure is designed on the basis of the traditional honeycomb configuration.Then,the mechanical properties of the honeycomb structure are investigated by means of physical experiments and numerical simulation methods.The results show that the novel olive-type honeycomb structure can take into account the in-plane tensile and compressive properties synchronously,which can effectively solve the problem of insufficient in-plane deformation capacity of the traditional zero-poisson’s ratio honeycomb configuration.The research results have important application value in the aerospace field,especially in improving the structural deformation capacity.
