热塑性聚酯弹性体在铁路货车MT-2型缓冲器上的应用研究

摘　　要：针对既有铁路货车MT-2型缓冲器额定冲击速度无法满足提速重载要求的问题,通过增加角弹性柱改进既有MT-2型缓冲器。落锤试验和冲击试验表明,改进后的MT-2型缓冲器性能可靠,冲击速度大于9km/h,可满足大于21t轴重的普通铁路货车对缓冲器冲击速度的要求。In response to the problem that the rated impact speed of the existing MT-2 draft gear for rail freight car cannot meet the requirements of speed increase and heavy load,the existing MT-2 draft gear was modified by adding angular elastic column.The results of drop test and impact test showed that the impact speed of the modified MT-2 draft gear is greater than 9 km/h,and its performance is reliable,which can meet the requirements of conventional rail-way freight car with axle loads greater than 21 t for impact speed of the draft gear.
