摘　　要：全过程人民民主的形成与发展,展现了系统的生成逻辑,蕴含了中国民主实践的延续性、实践性和创新性。马克思经典作家民主思想以及中华优秀传统文化精髓,为全过程人民民主奠定了深厚的思想根基;中国共产党领导的百年探索实践是其深厚的实践基础。在理论与实践相结合的基础上,孕育出民主理念与形式相统一、民主过程与治理效能相统一、党的领导、人民当家作主、依法治国相统一的中国特色社会主义民主。在新时代,为推动全过程人民民主高质量发展,需要提升全过程人民民主优势自觉性,加强全过程人民民主主体建设,依托新兴数字技术平台。The formation and development of whole-process people’s democracy display a systematic generation logic,embodying the continuity,practicality,and innovation of China’s democratic practices.The democratic thoughts of classical Marxist writers and the essence of excellent traditional Chinese culture lay a solid ideological foundation for whole-process people’s democracy;the century-long exploratory practice led by the Communist Party of China constitutes its profound practical basis.Based on the integration of theory and practice,a socialist democracy with Chinese characteristics has emerged,which unifies democratic ideals and forms,the democratic process and governance effectiveness,as well as the leadership of the Party,the people being the masters of the country,and the rule of law.In the new era,to promote the high-quality development of whole-process people’s democracy,it is necessary to enhance the self-awareness of its advantages,strengthen the construction of its subject,and rely on emerging digital technology platforms.
