摘 要:【目的】比较不同水稻品种的锑积累差异,筛选出适合锑污染农田种植的锑低累积水稻品种。【方法】选取8个水稻品种连续3年开展田间试验,研究品种间锑积累特征。【结果】供试品种的籽粒锑含量范围为0.02~0.20 mg/kg;根据籽粒锑含量进行聚类分析,8个水稻品种可分为3类,其中,第Ⅰ类低锑富集型品种为农香32、日本晴、鄂丰丝苗;第II类中度锑富集型品种为浓香42、黄华占、9311、玉针香;第III类锑超富集型品种为湘晚籼13。水稻根、茎叶、谷壳、籽粒中锑含量依次降低,根中锑含量远高于其他器官,籽粒与茎叶锑含量呈极显著正相关(P<0.01);水稻品种各部位的锑转运系数(TF)中,谷壳向籽粒的转运系数(TF_(G-C))最高,根向茎叶的转运系数(TF_(SL-R))最低;相关分析结果显示,籽粒锑含量与TF_(G-C)呈显著正相关(P<0.05),与TF_(C-SL)呈显著负相关(P<0.05)。8个水稻品种理论产量变幅为9597.91~4806.92 kg/hm^(2),产量最高的品种是9311,高达9597.91 kg/hm^(2);产量最低的品种是日本晴,低至4806.92 kg/hm^(2)。【结论】综合考虑籽粒锑含量与产量,推荐农香32、鄂丰丝苗和9311在农田土壤总锑含量低于274.86 mg/kg的稻田中种植,既能安全保障籽粒锑含量,又能保证水稻产量。【Objective】The present paper aimed to screen out the rice varieties with low antimony accumulation suitable for antimony contaminated field,by analyzing the differences in antimony accumulation for different rice varieties.【Method】The field test was conducted in antimony contaminated rice fields to investigate characteristics of antimony accumulation of 8 rice varieties for three consecutive years.【Result】The antimony content in rice seeds of rice varieties ranged from 0.02 to 0.20 mg/kg.The cluster analysis showed that 8 varieties could be divided into three categories,namely low antimony accumulation varieties including Nongxiang 32,Nipponbare,Efengsimiao,moderate antimony accumulation varieties including Nongxiang 42,Huanghuazhan,9311,Yuzhenxiang,and high antimony accumulation varieties exemplified by Xiangwanxian 13.Antimony contents in roots,shoot and leaf,chaff and seeds decreased successively with the highest concentration found in roots.There was extremely positive correlation(P<0.01)between antimony contents in seeds and shoot and leaf.As for the Sb transfer factor(TF)of different parts of rice,the transfer factor of chaff to seeds(TF_(G-C))was the highest,and the transfer factor of root to shoot and leaf was the lowest(TF_(SL-R)).Correlation analysis showed that the content of Sb in seeds was significantly positively correlated with TF_(G-C)(P<0.05),but significantly negatively correlated with TF_(C-SL)(P<0.05).The theoretical yield variations of the eight rice varieties ranged from 9597.91 to 4806.92 kg/hm^(2),and the highest yielding rice variety was 9311,with a yield of 9597.91 kg/hm^(2);the rice variety with the lowest yield was Nipponbare,with a yield of 4806.92 kg/hm^(2).【Conclusion】Considering the antimony content in grain and yield of rice,Nongxiang 32,Efengsimiao and 9311 are suitable rice varieties to be planted in the polluted fields with soil total Sb content less than 274.86 mg/kg,which can not only guarantee the antimony content of seeds safely,but also guarantee the yield
