摘 要:采用固相反应法制备了0.69BiFeO_(3)-0.31BaTiO_(3)+xBi_(0.5) K_(0.5) TiO_(3)(简称0.69BF-0.31BT+x BKT,0≤x≤0.020)三元系高温无铅压电陶瓷,并研究了其相结构演化、畴结构与压电性能之间的关系。所有样品均呈现钙钛矿相结构:表现为三方相和赝立方相共存状态;随着x的增加,相结构中赝立方相含量逐渐增加,三方相含量逐渐减少,当x增加至0.020时,相结构主要为赝立方相。在x=0.004时,可以获得最佳的压电性能,室温压电性能为d_(33)=168 pC/N。在T_(dr)=352℃时,d_(33)=462 pC/N,同时具有较高的居里温度(T_( c)>480℃)。A ternary system of high-temperature lead-free piezoelectric ceramics,0.69BiFeO_(3)-0.31BaTiO_(3)+xBi_(0.5) K_(0.5) TiO_(3)(referred to as 0.69BF-0.31BT+xBKT,where 0≤x≤0.020),was prepared using the solid-phase reaction method.The relationship among phase structure evolution,domain structure,and piezoelectric properties was studied.X-ray results indicate that all samples have a perovskite phase structure and they are located near the boundary between the rhombohedral and pseudo-cubic phases,all showing a coexistence of rhombohedral and pseudo-cubic phases.As x increased,the content of the pseudo-cubic phase in the phase structure gradually increased,while the content of the rhombohedral phase gradually decreased.The optimal piezoelectric properties were obtained when x=0.004,with a room-temperature piezoelectric coefficient of d_(33)=168 pC/N.At T dr=352℃,the in situ d_(33) was 462 pC/N,and it also had a high Curie temperature(T_(c)>480℃).
